Meet and Greet Jeff Francoeur (Aug. 18, 2007)

Greg, a man who read an article on the Tumornators in the AJC, recognized the name of Drew's doctor, Dr. Janss, since his kids swimmed with hers at Dynamo. Greg had just heard his minister refer to the need to get out of your comfort zone and help. He contacted Dr. Janss who put him in touch with us. Subsequently Dynamo under the direction of Greg, sponsored a time for fans to meet Jeff and get an autographed 8 x 10 picture as well as having their own picture made with the famed Atlanta Brave. Included in the event were 4 tickets to the Braves game that night and the chance to parade around the field and appear on the Megatron -big screen! To top it off Jeff hit not one but TWO homeruns that night! The event raised over $10,000 for Children's Tumor Foundation!

Rock4Research (Nov. 23, 2007)

The Tumornators packed out The Peachtree Tavern in Buckhead with the help of Atlanta Braves right fielder Jeff Francoeur and former NFL player Matt Stinchcomb and a silent auction provided by Radtke Sports. The crowd was entertained by performances by Wesley Cook, Ben and Drew Leathers and Matt Moore. The great time had by all was made an even bigger success by the Tumornators' raising over $9,000!

Taste & the Tumornators (March 1, 2008)

The Smoke Rise Golf & Country Club in Stone Mountain, Ga., was the perfect backdrop for an elegant evening of hors d'oeuvres and wine tasting that also featured live and silent auctions of artwork and autographed memorabilia from Jeff Francoeur and Food Network star Paula Dean. Coupled with outstanding attendance, the auctions raised over $20,000 for tumor research.

Fund in the Foam

The Tumornators continued their mantra of putting the "fun" into fundraising with a foam party at Level 131 in downtown Athens, Ga. Check out the videos of the downtown promotion they hosted prior to the event.
